So, thanks to the development of technologies, it is no longer necessary to give up useful dairy products – a source of calcium and protein.

The composition of lactose-free dairy products has only one difference from the usual one – the enzyme lactase is added to it. It is with this component that people with lactose intolerance can taste dairy products and not experience any discomfort!

 Given that lactose intolerance is the absence (lack) of lactase, it is just added to products. Therefore, milk sugar is already broken down in this product.
